The Metropolitan Opera: The Marriage of Figaro, 2025 - ★★★★½
At the Met Opera house live for this one. Hysterical and charming - honestly has so much music I know from other contexts - it’s amazing to see it performed live.
The ensemble is so great and really feeds off each other’s energy. You can really see the influence on the Marx Brothers, and the entire genre of screwball comedy.
