Lights Out in Europe, 1940 - ★★★★½

I’ve seen these events dramatized hundreds of times, but the reality - with fully remastered footage is far more powerful. Knowing how the story ends, doesn’t make it any less tragic or depressing.

These ghosts are screaming at us, as the heirs to the Nazi criminals once again preen and gloat and bully and threaten and lie.

Never again? What a joke we made of that slogan.
