Was the modern world ever seen as clearly as in this film?  

The sins that lead to this moment in history, are all here in this masterpiece. 

Nothing I’ve seen quite gets the sense of unease that comes from moving on, pretending the horrible, the unspeakable has happened.

And how quickly we can descend into selfishness, old patterns and self deception.
