A harsher, meaner and ultimately less satisfying trip to Pandora. This is very much the series Return of the Jedi - where a lot of the film and indeed the trilogy’s best ideas and critical plot points are somewhat unresolved.
Instead - they just kinda blow up the Death Star… again. Which is extremely fun to watch, but makes the stakes feel much lower than they deserve.
